Terms of use
The ground rules for using kemusicawards.com.
Last updated: October 14, 2026
The site
kemusicawards.com is the official site of KEMA (KE Music Awards). By using it, you agree to these terms.
The award’s rules
How nominees are chosen, how the jury votes, how FanVote works and how winners are published: the Rules page sets this out. It has the final word on the award.
FanVote
One vote per person, confirmed by email. Automated votes, fake emails, or several votes by the same person may be cancelled, under the rules.
What you send us
When you send a form (contact or jury application), you confirm the information is true and that you may share it. KEMA checks every correction before anything changes on the site, and may decline a request.
Names, photos and music
Artists’ names, photos, and song and video titles belong to their rights holders. KEMA shows them to present the nominees and winners. If you hold rights to an item and want us to change or remove it, write to us.
The KEMA logo, the trophy and the site’s text belong to KEMA.
What is not allowed
- Voting with bots or automated tools.
- Trying to get into a judge’s account or the admin page.
- Slowing down or blocking the site, or copying it in bulk.
Outside links and players
The site links to, and plays from, YouTube, TikTok, Apple Music and social networks. Those sites have their own terms; KEMA is not responsible for what they publish.
Availability
We work to keep the site available and its information correct, but we cannot guarantee it at all times. To the extent the law allows, KEMA is not liable for damage arising from use of the site.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest update. For any question, write to us.
