One cookie, for judges only. Everything else stays on your device.

The cookie we set
- kema_s — only when a judge or an administrator logs in. It keeps them signed in; it is removed when they log out, or expires after 7 to 45 days (through the jury vote). The vote cannot work without it.
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. That is why the site does not ask you to accept cookies when you arrive.
What stays on your device
A few small choices stay in your browser (localStorage), not on our server:
- kema.lang — the language you chose (Kreyòl or English).
- kema-fan-vote — your FanVote vote, so you can see it again.
- kema-unsaved-… and kema-guide-… — for judges: choices not yet saved, and the ballot guide.
- kema-embeds — your choice in Cookie settings.
You can delete them all in Cookie settings.
Outside services
When you press “Listen” or “Watch”, the YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode), TikTok or Apple Music player loads in the page. Those services may set their own cookies, under their own policies. Before you press, they do not load at all.
In Cookie settings, you can choose never to load those players on KEMA’s site: “Listen” and “Watch” then open the music on the service’s own site.
The site’s typefaces come from Google Fonts: your browser connects to Google to load them, without cookies.
