KenFS, born Kendy Saint-Fleur, is a Haitian rapper and lyricist from Port-de-Paix. The eldest of four children and the son of a pastor, he studied administrative sciences before establishing himself in Haitian hip-hop. He first developed his talent in his neighborhood and subsequently performed with Zo Meks and the Port-de-Paix collective Powèt Revòlte before pursuing a solo career.
Known as the “Black Lyriciste,” KenFS distinguishes himself through intricate rhymes, metaphors, punchlines and introspective storytelling. His music examines grief, faith, betrayal, injustice, family, resilience and personal reconstruction. Projects including Reskape, Plus Fier Que Jamais, the collaborative album Veni Vidi Vici, Panda and Ange Déchu have established him as one of the respected writers of contemporary rap kreyòl.
KenFS is also the founder of SafeLab, an independent label associated with developing and supporting emerging Haitian artists. His 2025 concept album Ange Déchu follows a character confronting betrayal, disillusionment and the loss of innocence while searching for redemption.
